Bank and London law firms. Additionally taken up a number of Directorships
and Company Secretary roles within small to medium sized private companies
in order to advise on structuring and financing prior to the raising of capital
or a trade sale.
Successful:
Acted for Dan Peña and the Quantum Leap Organization (QLO) in a number
of start-ups and successful company turnarounds. Mrs. Martin has also acted
as chief liaison to UK financial institutions, firms of accountancy and lawyers
for QLO. She has also advised in the acquisition and sale of private limited
companies; acted as consultant for a placing on The Stock Exchange; effective
negotiator of business transactions. She has strategically managed the agency
department of a West End law firm, increasing their turnover by 200% in less
than a year as well as acted as lead litigator successfully representing
the clients, both corporate and private, of over 20 regional firms in civil
and commercial matters in the High Court and County Courts.
